Infection Control in a health care facility includes the prevention of the spread of microorganisms from one individual to another individual. To prevent these infectious diseases, frequent hand washing, controlling infection outbreaks, Hygienic water, and food in the hospital must be maintained.
Diagnostic Errors: Diagnostic errors can occur at each of these points. Diagnostic errors are a failure to provide an accurate and timely explanation of the patient’s health problems or communicate that explanation to the patient.
Treatment Failure: A measure of the quality health care by valuation of unsuccessful results of management and procedures used in combating disease, in individual cases or series.
