Non-communicable diseases (NCDs), also called chronic diseases, are not passed from person to person. They are of long duration and generally slow development. The four main classes – cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes, and chronic respiratory diseases – impose a major and growing burden on health and development.

  5. Osteoporosis
  6. Cerebrovascular Disease (Stroke)
  7. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
