Abstract:
The discussion will centre around the classification of lymphomas and in detail regarding the Primary Mediastinal B-cell Lymphoma. Primary large B cell lymphoma of the mediastinum (PMBL) is an aggressive tumor arising in the mediastinum from the thymic (medullary) B cell. It is a distinct clinicopathologic entity that differs from systemic diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
