Biography:
Olivia Michael is a second year PhD student at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She is a member of the McNutt lab and a part of the Microbiology and Immunology department. She obtained her bachelor’s in science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2021 and her master’s in biomedical science at Wake Forest School of Medicine in 2023. Areas of research interest include viral responses in 3D tissue cultures and viral pathogenesis.
