Darya is the Program FOCUS Manager at the LGBTQ Center in Las Vegas, where she plays a pivotal role in enhancing data collection methods to improve efficiency and service delivery. She has successfully implemented new strategies that streamline processes and ensure accurate tracking, supporting effective grant submissions. Darya works closely with the HIV Peer Navigator to ensure comprehensive records for HIV-positive patients. With a background in nonprofit management and social justice, she is passionate about creating positive change in marginalized communities. Darya holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Policy, and aims to expand her expertise in community development.
