Yu Chen Wu is a PhD Candidate at the University of Queensland, Australia, specializing in peptide-based vaccine development for neglected tropical diseases. Her research focuses on the precision design and immunological evaluation of vaccine candidates targeting human hookworm infection. By integrating advanced epitope mapping with adjuvant systems, she aims to elicit robust protective immunity in preclinical models. Through collaborative efforts with James Cook University, Australia and Washington University School of Medicine, USA, her work seeks to translate fundamental biotechnological research into scalable, high-impact solutions for global infectious disease prevention.
