Biography:
Dr. Mohammed, a Professor of Public Health at Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah, is a clinical epidemiologist and infection control consultant. Since 2008, he has served as the IPC specialty team leader with CBAHI, The Saudi Arabian national accreditation organization. With over 20 years of experience, he has held executive roles in infection control and healthcare management. Dr. Mohammed contributed significantly during the 2014 MERS-CoV outbreak and the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, advising the Ministry of Health and collaborating with WHO and CDC. He has provided extensive consultations on infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement strategies across healthcare organizations in Saudi Arabia. He has published more than 80 research articles in different national and international journals.
