Lomega JEAN, was born in Haiti on May 30 1978. medical Doctor, graduated from Cuba sin 2008, specialist in family medicine. He is a health Services’ manager. Now he is a resident in Field Epidemiology Training Program (intermediary level). He is working for the Ministry of Health in Haiti as Chef Service of Health Care.
