Biography:
Daliso Ngulube is a public health professional with expertise in disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, and health promotion. As a District Surveillance Officer, he has led responses to measles, COVID-19, and Mpox outbreaks and improved vaccine uptake through community engagement. An alumnus of the Africa CDC Bingwa Rapid Responder program, he is currently pursuing a Master’s in Field Epidemiology. Daliso presented at the 8th AFENET conference (2023), where he won Best Fieldwork Photo. As a Frontline Field Epidemiologist with the Ministry of Health, he coordinates surveillance activities and ensures timely outbreak response.
