Biography:
Professor Abraham Goni DOGO studied Veterinary Medicine at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1992 and graduated as MSc in 2007 at Utrecht University The Netherlands and a PhD Public Health at ABU Zaria, Nigeria. He then joined the National Veterinary Research Institute, Vom in 1994. After Twenty Two Years in Research, He transferred his service to the University of Jos in 2014 to establish the New Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and there after became the Director of the Africa Centre of Phytomedicine Research and Development (ACEPRD) a World Bank Sponsored Project in 2023. He is an inventor of several vaccines with some patents Nationally and Internationally. He has published more than 70 research articles in SCI (E) journals.
